ホスピタルダイエットとフェンテルミン

「ホスピタルダイエット」などと称されるタイ製の向精神薬等
を含有する無承認無許可医薬品による健康被害事例について

ダイエット目的の処方薬として個人輸入されていることが疑われる
「ホスピタルダイエット」などと称される製品については、
下記のとおり医薬品成分が検出されており、複数の都道府県から
健康被害の事例が公表されております。

健康被害が発生するおそれがあるため、このような製品を入手して服用しないで下さい。

また、服用により体調異常が現れた場合には、
直ちに服用を中止し、医療機関へ受診するとともに、最寄りの保健所にお申し出下さい。

当該品は、購入希望者がインターネットのホームページ等を利用して、
身長、体重等を知らせ、海外の病院が処方したものを購入するダイエット薬
とされており、主に個人輸入により入手されてます。　

なお、これらの製品を海外から輸入することは、
向精神薬が検出されている製品であるため、
インターネット等により注文する個人輸入であっても、
麻薬及び向精神薬取締法で禁じられております。

こんな事例があります・・・・
神戸市内の20歳代の主婦がインターネットで購入したやせ薬で、
体の震えなどの薬害が起きたことが、厚生労働省から発表されました。

このやせ薬の錠剤、カプセルなどを分析した結果、
第三種向精神薬として指定されている
フェンテルミン、
マジンドール、
ジアゼパム等の
医薬品成分が検出されたため、厚生労働省では薬事法、
麻薬及び向精神薬取締法違反の疑いがあるとして、
販売者所在地の宮城県、東北厚生局麻薬取締部が現在、捜査しています。

問題のやせ薬の商品名は
「ホスピタルダイエット」
「ニューホスピ」ですが、
主婦はホームページ上で5種類を購入、半年近く続けて服用したところ、
極端に体重が減少し、震えや興奮状態を示したため、6月に病院で診察を受け、
現在も治療中とのことです。

問題の「ホスピタルダイエット」はタイの病院が処方しているとされ、昨年12月にも、徳島県の女性が同国から個人輸入して服用し、肝機能障害などを発症して入院しました。この件は香川県が調査しましたが、同様の向精神薬を検出したそうです（厚生労働省）。

フェンテルミンPhentermine Hydrochloride

フェンテルミン（通称Phen、商品名Fastin、Hj Harkins Co Inc）は交感神経刺激アミンsympathomimetic amineと同種で、中枢神経を刺激する食欲減退刺激剤Anorexiants Stimulantsに分類される。覚せい剤のアンフエタミンamphetamine、昨年死者を出したフェンフルラミン（注3）の近縁種。米国では医薬品としていまだ発売されている。
